1 9 0z jar ground mustard of your choice
1 Habanero or serrano pepper > chopped
1 tsp K-Jin seasoning
1/4 oz lemon juice
1 tab raw honey
1 tab Olive oil
2 tab chopped Cilantro
1/2 tsp fresh horseradish
1/3 tsp dry mustard powder
1 tsp or so of whisky
Combine the above and place into blender on low until mixed. Remember this sauce is for dipping.
You can brush it onto cooked meats or fish but
BEWARE it can be dangerous if used in excess
